Vegetarian Nori Seaweeds Sushi

Ingredients :
- 4 Nori Seaweed Japanese Choice sheets*
- 300g Sushi Rice*
- 1 carrot - peel, slice into full-length thin strips
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 avocado -slice into thin strips
- 10ml sunflower oil
Utensils :
- Bamboo Sushi Mat Japanese Choice*
Directions :
- 1. Lay one Nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat.
- 2. Spread of sunflower-seed pate on Nori Seaweed.
- 3. Lay out the rice and fillings on the top . Start with the rice and avocado, then layer with the rest of the vegetables.
- 4. Moisten knife, slice into 6 equal pieces and enjoy your vegetables sushi.
