Spring Roll Dipping Sauce

Ingredients :
  • 4 tbsp. Vietnamese Choice Fish sauce*
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. Red Pepper flakes
  • 3 tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Water
Utensils :
  • Not Applicable
Directions :
  • Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Stir to dissolve sugar. (If sauce is too salty or too strong, add another tablespoon of water and stir well.)
