Spring Roll Dipping Sauce

Ingredients :
- 4 tbsp. Vietnamese Choice Fish sauce*
- 2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. Red Pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Water
Utensils :
Directions :
- Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Stir to dissolve sugar. (If sauce is too salty or too strong, add another tablespoon of water and stir well.)
