Shiitake and Miso Soup

Ingredients :
  • 100 g Shiitake, sliced*
  • 3 tbsp miso powder*
  • 1 liter water
  • 2 tbsp dashi
  • 100 g tofu, cut in 1 cm cubes
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
Utensils :
  • Not Applicable
Directions :
  • 1. Boil the water and add dashi, mushrooms and tofu squares. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • 2. Add and dissolve miso powder.
  • 3. Just before serving add the green onions.
  • 4. Serve the mushroom and miso soup hot.
