Sushi Soy Sauce is rich, fermented fragrance and salty, slightly sweet flavour, has secured an international reputation as a versatile and delicious seasoning.
Traditional Sushi Soy Sauce is made with water, cultured whole soybeans, whole wheat and sea salt, and is unhurriedly aged in wooden casks at natural temperatures of eighteen months to two years.
Sushi Soy Sauce is made from Japanese Choice, blended with authentic Japanese spices. It is an ideal for Nigirizushi and Makizushi.
