Shiitake and Miso Soup
- 100 g Shiitake, sliced*
- 3 tbsp miso powder*
- 1 liter water
- 2 tbsp dashi
- 100 g tofu, cut in 1 cm cubes
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
- 1. Boil the water and add dashi, mushrooms and tofu squares. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- 2. Add and dissolve miso powder.
- 3. Just before serving add the green onions.
- 4. Serve the mushroom and miso soup hot.
